Shipping Policy

With the exception of pre-order items, orders are processed and shipped in 2-5 business days, Monday - Friday. Please see the pre-orders section for more information about pre-orders.

Exchange Policy

New and unused items in the original packaging may be exchanged within 15 days of receipt with a 10% restocking fee. Please note that for pre-order items exchanges are limited to what is currently in stock.

Returns Policy

New and unused items in the original packaging may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping & handling costs with a 10% restocking fee. Please ship all* returns to the below address, any items returned to the cooperate office will be refused.

Refund Policy

All approved refunds are issued 3-5 business days after request is processed.

Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise

In the case of handmade goods, some variations may occur from item to item. These variations are inherent to handmade goods and should not be considered flaws or damages. Each piece’s unique nature reflects the personality of the maker, creating a one- of-a-kind hand-crafted item.

In the case of damaged or faulty merchandise, customers may exchange the items within 15 days of receipt for the same or a comparable item. Please note that exchanges may be limited to merchandise currently in stock; we encourage you to contact us as soon as you find fault with your order. Please e-mail us with a description of the damage/fault and provide your name and order number.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items allow us to offer you a wide range of colors and sizes without keeping all of these items in stock. When customers order these products we pass those orders onto the factory. Our Choose Haiti products are produced in cooperation with the Choose Haiti initiative, a partnership that connects Haitian and international businesses. By pre-ordering Choose Haiti items, you are promoting economic growth by directly supporting the development of Haitian businesses.
